Generative Leadership

Generative leadership asks how leaders, organizations, and communities create the conditions for people and systems to grow, repair, contribute, and sustain meaningful change over time.

 

Connected to Dr. Swed’s current work on Global Generative Leadership: Lessons from Women’s Leadership to Sustain Our Future, these workshops explore leadership as relational, ethical, restorative, and future-oriented.
